“Again, I assure you: If two of you on earth agree about any matter that you pray for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there among them.” Matthew 18:19, 20
Good morn,
I have my go-to gals that’ll stop, drop, and pray at any request. I smile in my heart when I think of them … mostly, because I know we have been divinely appointed to
this place,
this time …
each other …
together.
I call on them often. Yesterday, they petitioned with me … “hey, y’all … my niece is going through …”
and, they reacted strong and sure and confident in praying down courage and understanding and growth. Knowing God gives more than we need when we ask.
It’s all alright.
We’re together thru the daily grind and the daily victories.
It’s all alright.
We hold onto each other.
We comfort each other.
We pass tissues around and dry each other’s faces.
It’s all alright.
We hold candles for each other, til we all find our way to our knees.
Arms over shoulders, together.
Even across space and time and airwaves, arms reach around waists, holding hands.
We are band aids for one another, splints, and crutches.
A tribe of heart-wounded prayer warriors for one another. Appointed by the Almighty for such a time as this.
You are, too.
His love continues to find shelter in your heart and my heart – together bumping light into someone’s world.
Wake up.
Reach out to your praying people.
Go.
