‘Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.’ Revelation 3:20
DearOne-the heart is like a caged animal. Beating a distant drum. Turning possibilities into statements. Turning blockades into truths that hold back and hold your spirit down like a well trained, statuesque Rottweiler. Watching.
Armies of angels are encased in the heart chambers listening.
Intently … waiting.
They await the words … “I believe”, so they can be released. Assignment pending.
Say the words.
Planets of grace consume the events of your minutes when you say “yes” to the Savior of your soul.
“Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is!” Isaiah 43:18-19 MSG
Good morning, RefreshedOne!
Friday’s are special, no matter who you are! They have a fresh vibe of their own – a hint of mystery … and just below the surface, an excitement sort of jist. A whisper of ‘different’ emerges even if the week before tried to drown you.
Or, the month.
Or, the year.
Then, Friday comes.
Endings and beginnings swirl and mesh and the Holy Spirit brushes your morning bones with fragile healing.
Your Creator has dispatched His angel armies to arrive for you. They will usher you through – the one good thing about falling apart is how we are never put back the same, Beloved. Old wounds, though distant, they always stay near on a phantom vine … a necessary vine that weaves in brand new – eyes that glory in the Almighty’s fresh gifts … eyes that would have missed the gifts before the wounds.
And, there He is, painting this chapter of new on your heart that hesitates and resists and pines for old. His promise is for you … “Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is!” Isaiah 43:18-19
Be ushered to new.

“Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy.” Psalms 34:5 NLT
Good morning, DeliveredOne!
Recall a time that a smile completely changed your day! My dad and my brothers have spells that can get me to the kind of laughing that makes my stomach hurt and tears drop off my chin! I recall seeing my dad’s smile after one of his heart attacks, oh, the relief! Our sweet baby girl, Liv, smiles and it’s like a flood light bounces sunbeams off the stars to light up the Universe.
We sense the energy of a smile. Feel right into it. It’s just powerful.
DearOne, if the smile of another can do that to you, your Spirit-filled smile has that same power into the dim soul of another.
Think of your own smile. What does your face look like when your whole body experiences a smile all the way to your toes. Go ahead and allow yourself to feel that. Practice it now. Bathe in it as the energy of His joy consumes you – healing, moving you toward greater love.
Never underestimate the power of showing up and of offering up your smile. It sends your joyfulness and the light of our Creator out like the superpower that it is. And, somebody that crosses your path today needs Him in just that way. Through you! Wake up.
Smile-shine all day.
