July 5, 2016 stay the course

“I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.” Revelation‬ ‭3:8 NLT

Good morning, Dearheart.

Obedience can get tough. It’s all about intentional living – and, intentional living means there will be daily sacrifices. Hour by hour. Sacrifice. The sacrifices we make for the Kingdom of God never go unnoticed by Him. It is through each one that He positions you and me.

As you chip, chip, chip away at the common, the ordinary, and stay faithful no matter what setbacks … or evil the enemy tries to use against you, God opens doors.

When your intention aligns with His holiness, with His purpose you’ll find He has planted little victories along the way:

windows to drop through,

trails appear in dense brush,

an open alleyway.

Hit up His intention for you again. Let there be no compromise for the daily laser beam focus on the end,

the mission,

the project,

His light shining through you and me.

Diversions come.

Distractions call endless.

You have choices. Your choices dictate your outcome.

Will you stay the course?

Will you absorb every learning avenue? Seeking out wise and Godly counsel? Or, will you choose to blow the call? Or, allow the irresponsible choices of others define you?

Draw lines in the sand with the Savior.

Follow His lead to set the boundaries.

Stay the course and say “yes” to the guide of the Most High again.

Wake up.

Stay the course.

I am a blessed woman. Blessed with the crazy notion, the wild-eyed foolishness, and the madcap belief in the simple idea that I might help one to make a decision that makes a difference in the world . . . as stated by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s famous quote…“To know one life breathed easier because you lived, this is to have succeeded.” I get to use my small business background as a former owner of a Flower Shop and Hallmark Store and former co-owner of Disability Specialists, LLC, to help folks build dreams. I hold a M.Ed with emphasis on Adult Training and Education. I’d love to get my Doctorate in Educational Leadership . . . someday. My work centers on the belief that inside each of us lives a mesmerizing soul waiting to be revealed. Every day we can choose to trust the magic of our calling and take those unconventional moves to unlock an enchanted journey. I serve as Business and Industry Director and Business Development Services Coordinator at Canadian Valley Technology Center in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
