The Maker loves to hear our thanks. He never tires of listening to our tumbling thanks for the beautiful basics . . . my people, my friends, my home, my heart, my work, my opportunities. He also adores adoration when we track within far enough to thank Him for our messes. Even when the emotions detour and mire our mindset, by tapping into the power of thanking God Most High in the middle of the muddle reveals an entire magical model of dealing with and healing from rage set in by the enemy. Gratefulness seeks out the Prince of Peace and His calming forces are released. The Almighty guides us into the challenges of going right in to our deeply scarred psyche territory. He takes us to places we’ve not sited in before. He sets us in motion of putting the old obsessive thought s and feelings behind, switches them to reset, calms restless spirits. He replaces them with the Holy.
He returns us to kindness and by doing so we experience the roaring side of compassion in us. Thankfulness brings the wisdom and knowledge of God Most High down to dwell. In calling down “thanks”, during our real hours, He teaches us that healing comes during the process of questioning and hearing, and setting pain into a kindness-bathed light.
By our thanks, a revolution rolls in. Our Creator replaces every negative, every nasty, every jab, every pain, every hurt with fresh understanding.
The steps you took to climb the mountain, the steps you took to capture the trust, what you saw, what you heard in the process, what you felt – new meaning comes, real and endlessly full of His light.
Wake up.
Start the list.
Take it with you.
Go.
