“It is He who sits above the circle of the earth,” …
“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:22, 28-29 ESV
Good morning, CenteredHeart,
I have been noticing God’s circles and cycles lately. They pop out at me everywhere. Have you ever felt disconnected? There was a time when my boys were small that everything seemed disjointed in my life. God’s economy includes constant cycles. He uses those times of disconnection to increase strength as He orchestrates the heavenlies to bring us full circle – right back into His place of connection. Divine connection.
From the time we are born, there is a wildish urge deep within to let the soul lead – because under the rule of the ego wisdom is on a very short leash. Unless the soul leads, you will never meld into His balance. The soul is our connection point that places us back into the world of the Almighty. In His connection is where the struggles and the strife, the joy and the laughter come together. It’s all there. In the art of forgiveness, in knowing glances, in deep breaths, in hope for the future.
Wake up.
Circle back.
Go.
