Good morning, DearHeart. 

You’re still standing, too, I see. Glory! God is faithful – especially in “those” places. We don’t always ask for the situations we find ourselves in, do we? And, often, people assume to have all the facts, when really it’s not their place to assume anything outside of their own God-authored life story. 

The human mind is an interesting beast. 

The human tongue/and in this age, thumbs can also exert all shades of judgment outside of one’s own domain. 

“Many times”, one of my brothers wrote me, “that in climbing mountains, traversing valleys, and fighting the enemy, a thought of: ‘where did this come from, and what am I doing here?,’ can come on like a wave. In weariness and a weakening of the body, there comes a weakening of the mind, but not of the Spirit! This is the time to stand, and STAND FIRM THEN!!! (Eph.6). And, if we can keep singing and walking with THE SOVEREIGN GOD, He is “building us,” by the experiences of the day.” 

Your deliverance is in progress. God’s timing is perfect, every single time, and what other people think of you is none of your business. Trust your Creator. Trust His ways. Stay in your own zone with your Savior. Press on. 

Wake up. 

Stand firm. 

Go.

Good morning, QuietHeart,

When have you transformed your hurt into wisdom? Watched your Creator take your chaos down to a whisper. 

Gratitude. Compassion. Love. All are His triggers that release His tremendous power that stills the storms and readies us to send His light right back out into a world of needy hearts.

You have His tools. His key that gives new meaning to the things that hurt us is the same key that allows us to move on – beyond our judgements of what seems to be happening. The key is simple, isn’t it? Yes, … it is the ancient power of blessing. 

Thanks to our precious Luke for the timely words … “Everything happens for a reason, Mom.”

Yes, it does, son. Old soul. 

Wake up.

Good morning, Child of God Almighty,

Entering in prayer with the God of the Universe places you and me in the realm of “make it happen”. Have you noticed? Right there is the place where forgiveness begins, both as receiver of forgiveness, and as the one able to melt icy grips to be a deliverer of forgiveness. It is the place where interference from The Rock stops toxic vibes, and delivers love into our cells … emotion cells, physical cells, mental cells … all receive healing love, restoration love. 

In that same birthing place of love, every single time you enter into prayer, you are opening up new order that you and I did not create … God Most High’s heavenly order gets revealed. 

Yes, every time I enter into prayer, my God sets me outside of my pea-brain to a place where His order is affirmed again … He shows me by looking back at times of chaos and mayhem in my life, it had to happen in me for certain truths to erupt and for spiritual growth to happen. On my hand, the past week, I’ve been writing lyrics from a song, “I will walk in the power of Your daily sufficient grace.” Knowing that no matter what, sitting tightly on The Rock, is my assurance – He holds you and me steady there, and reminds us His order is perfectly in action. 

Wake up. Enter prayer. Go.

Hello, God’s Child,

I dreamed I was playing a piano in my grandmother’s kitchen and she was at the sink with her hair high and fixed, washing off a stack of cantaloupes. Random. 

My grandmother, ‘Mom Coon’ was a pistol. 

P. I. S. T. O. L. 

She carried one, too, after our Pop passed away. She went on a first date with a man and he wanted her nearly 80 little self to slide over and ride next to him in his truck. She kept her purse between them with the pistol handy. My brothers and our young SO love our Mom Coon stories!

Mommas are strange and wonderful creatures. 

I learned from the best. They teach us of the ferocity of God’s love. They will take just about anything and supernatural resilience keeps them reined in … right up to the point that their children are attacked. Then, when the line gets crossed, all bets are off. 

God knows. His line got crossed, too…they nailed his Son to a wooden cross. 

From that heart-crushing event, hope came. Unexplainable hope came from the most horrific tragedy. 

No matter what life trials are being delivered to you, your walk and your mind is your private sanctuary; when your heart has been delivered into the hands of the Most High, do not allow the brutality of others to occupy it. Your skin is your barrier; as a child of The Most High, others can not get under it, unless you give them permission, right?! Take control of your boundaries and what you allow yourself to absorb. 

Most people don’t know what you’ve been asked to do, or why. Just as you don’t have all the facts about their business. You don’t need to. We are simply called to just move forward in truth with the hand you are dealt. There’s no need to sacrifice who The Creator made you to be because someone else has a problem with it. Love who you are inside and out. As the child of the God of the Universe, no one else has the power to make you feel small unless you give over that power. 

You are also the one who can choose your Father’s peace to settle into the dark places. And, there’s no peace that can compare to that. 

The choice is yours. 

Wake up. Feel peace press in. Absorb Him. Go.

Hello, Faith-filledOne!

Have you ever noticed that God has already given you all the tools you need to replace any hurt you feel with a blessing? Even if the blessings are not huge enough to fill the whole void, there is enough to take the edge off. The key to the success of blessing is that it acknowledges everyone from the one who hurts to the one who is hurting. In the process of allowing Your Creator a blessing-space to open, it seems you and I are forced to suspend the hurt long enough to let something else in. Think about it … “something” eventually breaks through with the ability to know the big picture and make sense of the seemingly senseless things that are happening. Beyond what can only be seen with our eyes, our heart changes how we feel about our experience. That’s the way of the God of the Universe working in you. Hurt becomes wisdom. And, this is the place healing begins. 

Wake up. 

Know the hurt gives place for your Father’s healing. 

Go.

Have you noticed that your everyday life thoughts and behavior have a twisted way of becoming a mirror of your heart? Yeah. It does. A mirror. 

The Almighty gives us free will in every moment of every day to choose to live in blessed peace or in the throws of the cycle of pain … hurt-suffering-anger-hate … repeat. 

The more time and energy your choice is fed, the bigger it grows. 

Love is worth fighting for, DearHeart. The beliefs and prayers that you and I allow to nourish with our attention within our heart are carried into the world around us. Your Creator’s force of love facilitates this marvel. Even in the most bizarre turn of life-events, choosing to embody within the the very condition of our Father’s love and His peace, and His acceptance sets the course for what we will experience in our hours; indeed … it all comes back to our own choice. 

When we are given life’s suffering prayer is the language that heals with wisdom, and beauty, and grace. It is also the pipeline to our greatest strength. 

Wake up. 

Choose what to nourish. 

Go.
