Hello, BeautifulSoul!
Prayer and meditation are my reboot button. Sitting a while with the Savior of the world sends His light-scan through me as the most powerful force in the universe. It has a shifting effect – taking me from asking to receiving, from waiting to enjoying the process, from worry to God’s got this, from a fear focus to a glory focus. 

One on one time with The Almighty sets my thoughts and words and actions into a mode of being “in service” with Him. And, that attunement is where I thrive.
