‘Therefore, with your minds ready for action, be serious and set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.’ (1 Peter 1:13 HCSB)
Good morning, LifeChangingOne,
There are a lot of meetings in my life. They used to drive me bonkers. Not so much anymore, since I’ve grown into questioning everything. And, I mean everything. It’s not a real popular chair to sit in sometimes … but, from the life of Christ – how He handled his lovers and his haters, I’ve learned to dance with “what is the meaning of this?”, and “where is the gift in this?”, and “what’s the worst case scenario?”, and, as far as keeping so called crisis meltdowns in perspective, I ask … “ok, did anybody die here?”
There’s hope waiting to be born in every situation – it offers new life. Your job and my job is to control our perspective.
Jesus’ perspective was outta this world. He walked in to every encounter with the big ETERNITY picture as his control factor. And, oh, what a perspective that brought to the table where fear and hope collided.
What will you bring to the table, BelovedOne? Decide.
Plan your perspective.
Grow with it.
