‘By these He has given us very great and precious promises, so that through them you may share in the divine nature, escaping the corruption that is in the world because of evil desires.’ (2 Peter 1:4 HCSB)
Hello, SweetSoul-
If you claim God’s promises for your very own, then you start walking every physical step (even barely shuffling along) in the power Your Creator has downloaded into your spirit. Yes, you do.
You have faith in His promises for this reason: even if you are kinda wishy washy … wondering, “hmmm, is this promise or that promise true for MY life?” faith is acting like is so, even when it’s not so,
in order that it might be so,
because, God said so.
Last time I checked, what God says is more important than what what anyone else says.
Last time I checked, SpiritWalker, what God says is TRUE.
It worked for Abraham, that means it works for you and me, too. See:
‘He did not waver in unbelief at God’s promise but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,’ (Romans 4:20 HCSB)
Wake up.
Walk confident.
Go.
