“From now on I’m taking the yoke from your neck and splitting it up for kindling. I’m cutting you free from the ropes of your bondage.” (Nahum 1:12, 13 MSG)
Mornin’, GentleHeart!
Ok, stay with me while I talk through this, because this line of thinking seems warped to my logical side: people go through many phases of lovely and pretty in a lifetime; but (at least to me), there is nothing more beautiful than one that is completely broken … one who lies in shambles at the end of their rope. A heart is there, cracked open, and parched, and begging for a single drop of grace.
That one’s soul …
beyond hurt,
beyond afraid,
beyond angry,
that is the place where God’s power leaves our human minds speechless. That’s the place that takes us, as both the receiver of His grace and as an observer, to a God-transformation beyond our ability to fathom.
Point of grace.
Point of grace.
DearOne, That’s a point where my God has already worked out the details. That’s where the only thing left to do is feel your arms slide around the neck of God Most High, and allow yourself to be carried through. Go.

*note to self-spare socks would make great fire starters. (I’m going to try it!)
