‘For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, “ Abba, Father! ” The Spirit Himself testifies together with our spirit that we are God’s children.’ Romans 8:15, 16
DearOne, you are called.
Familiar roads turn dark some days. Mysterious scenes play out before our very eyes, leaving behind caves of questions with no answers. We wring our hands and shake our heads. Tears slide off cheeks, clinging to a million “whys?”
Perhaps, in such light, our place is not to understand at all. Perhaps, our call here is simply to stand and stretch as far as our reach will go, and show our soul. For, when our soul is exposed with no limits, sparks of the Divine fly and fires get set in places where change must happen. Dim souls get lit from those unafraid of their Light and movements of our Creator’s fierce mercy begin.
To display Light in shadowy times like these is often the greatest act of bravery. It is the necessity.
Wake up.
Throw sparks.
Love always.
Go to bed.
