Hello, DearOne.
Bizarre, way out, night of dreams. Insane, powerful rulers kept meeting at hamburger joints, making life-altering, random, bizarre plans for their kingdoms.
Sometimes, life does just exactly that, doesn’t it, Dearheart? It presents a sense of foreboding. No direction. Surreal. Even the same-ole seems odd, tortured, beat down in some newfangled way.
Prayer time slows the random heart-beating in foolish, out of control thoughts … prayer beats steady out, the hand of the Almighty covers your hand, lying across your heart.
“Let me learn your ways, Father.
Remind me, my heart is still calm.
Let me walk this day assured, as You did.
Scarred, yet strong.
Lay your control over my head, across my heart, below my every step.
Sync my heart beat to Yours 1-2, 1-2, 1 and 2 and three, and four.
Let it be, Father, 1…2…3…4,
let it be so, Lord.
Let it be so.”
