‘. . . a noble person plans noble things;’
(Isaiah 32:8 HCSB)
Good morning Sweetheart!
Do you have dreams? God sent them our way for a purpose – He gave us the ability to dream so we can make it happen!
Let’s say you want to earn your black belt in karate. You don’t show up to train with a hot fudge sundae in one hand, a nap-pillow in the other, wearing cleats and a figure-skating tutu. No.
You plan ahead.
You carve out the time.
You prepare.
You do the work, and make the black-belt goal happen.
Life will get tough. There are rough days ahead – you will think you will die from the stress and the pain (I apologize for being the bearer of bad news!) We don’t get to live in the Falls Creek shelter 24/365.
But, writing out your God-time goal … carving in space with Him every day will help you get still with His ultimate authority in your life – – habit with Father God will keep you standing when it seems like you are taking a TKO every day. The more you practice, the more you hear Him.
What are you waiting for? Write out your ‘God and Me Daily’ time plan.
Now.
Plan noble things.
Just do it.
Go.
